Grand Traverse Pie Company at 5817 Harvey Street, Norton Shores, Michigan.

I have been a big fan of GTPC since back when their original store in Traverse City was the only store.

We ate at lunch at another restaurant today, but decided to come here for desert, as everything here was surely better than anything on the menu where we were at.

We were disappointed to find they were out of gluten-free pies, as has been the case at other stores we have been to recently too.

If they're always out of them, then they are obviously popular. It would be nice it they would stock more or at least allow customers to provide feedback, expressing that they would rather have had a gluten-free alternative. That way they could more accurately stock gluten-free items.
