Don't get a protection plan through them. Don't get a protection plan at all. Its a waste of money, just get a really good phone case if you're thinking about insuring your phone. Geeksquad is terrible. I seriously would never recommend it to anyone! I cannot stress this enough.. I you're thinking about getting a geeksquad protection plan, DON'T. I purchased one and ended up cracking my phone screen, so I went in to get a new one, and I was told that I would still have to pay about 160 bucks for a new phone (which isn't new at all.. Its a refurbished piece of trash that just looks nice). In conclusion, please save your money and do not purchase a geeksquad protection plan. I hope no one has to experience what I have with this company.
